About the HiLine Coffee Scholarship

We understand the value of a higher education, and we also understand that obtaining one can be financially challenging for both students and their families. For this reason, we are pleased to offer a $1000 scholarship to the winner of our HiLine Coffee Scholarship. Potential applicants can find information regarding the application procedure below.

Who is eligible to apply?

Individuals who are planning on attending college or university during the winter of 2016 or fall of 2017 are eligible to participate in the HiLine Coffee scholarship essay contest. Must be currently residing in the United States or Canada.

The essay topic

In order to participate in the contest, applicants must submit a 500-word essay responding to the following question:

“How coffee makes me a better person”

The application process

In order to apply, applicants should submit their essay to scholarship@hilinecoffee.com by May 15, 2017 in an attachment in Microsoft Word or PDF format. In the body of the email, applicants should also include the following information:

Your name, mailing address, and phone number The name of the school you are attending with proof of acceptance or enrollment

Once the application period is closed, we will review the essays and select a winner based upon the criteria set out above. We will notify the winner by email or phone on or around June 15, 2017. If the scholarship winner is unable to be reached within one week, we will choose another winner.
